We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to develop and execute our marketing strategy, enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and help achieve business goals. This role oversees all marketing functions, including digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and campaign management. The Marketing Director collaborates with leadership to align marketing initiatives with overall business strategies.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy – Lead brand positioning, messaging, and creative development. Align marketing initiatives with company objectives.

✔ Manage Multi-Channel Campaigns – Plan and implement digital, print, and social media campaigns to enhance engagement and drive results.

✔ Lead Marketing Initiatives – Oversee the marketing committee to foster growth and achieve high performance. Lead content creation, PR, and campaign management while collaborating with leadership.

✔ Analyze Market Trends – Stay ahead of competitor activities and customer insights to inform strategies.

✔ Public Relations & Partnerships – Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders. Oversee press releases and event sponsorships.

✔ Manage Marketing Budget – Ensure efficient allocation of resources while tracking expenses and optimizing ROI.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. (An advanced degree is a plus!)

✔ Experience:

• 3+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles preferred. A proven track record of developing successful campaigns is ideal.

✔ Skills & Abilities:

• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
• Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and branding.
• Ability to anticipate market trends and align strategies accordingly.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems.
