With a population of 1,600, Trempealeau is a scenic town on the Mississippi River and home of Perrot State Park. In the summer, the town’s population increases tenfold, with adventurous families taking part in Catfish Days or embarking on biking, hiking, fishing, or other outdoor-centered vacations.
