Relief and recovery resources provided by the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation. These guidelines were developed to share general best practices for getting ready to reopen your business during the COVID-19 pandemic.

My Stimulus Check Status:

Citizens First Bank is not responsible for distributing stimulus check funds into your bank account. Please view the status of your Economic Impact Payment through the IRS.

SBA Payment Protection Program:

Citizens First Bank is here to help businesses get back on their feet as an approved lender for the SBA Paycheck Protection Program. Businesses with less than 500 employees may be eligible for a low-interest loan for rent, payroll, and utilities with the potential for forgiveness.

The Wisconsin Small Business Development Center Network has created a page to anchor important resources and information amid quickly changing conditions and unprecedented measures during the COVID-19 pandemic. Staff across all of their centers are available to work with you via phone or virtual means.

Couleecap Financial Assistance Program:

Couleecap is providing emergency financial assistance for critical bills to those who have decreased hours or lost employment due to COVID-19. This program is offered to residents of Vernon, La Crosse, Crawford, and Monroe Counties.

USDA Rural Resource Guide:

USDA and its Federal partners have programs that can be used to provide immediate and long-term assistance to rural communities affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. These programs can support recovery efforts for rural residents, businesses and communities through: technical, training, management assistance, financial assistance, and state and local assistance.
